Brussels Sprouts are delicate and require careful handling.  The Kerian Sizer carries them along like a roller conveyor or grading table until the rollers separate to match the diameter of the Sprouts.  The Sprouts separate by diameter across the width of the takeaway system, while the desired sizes can be easily selected by adjusting the sepration points with sliding dividers.
